What is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaboration between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the development of personal or professional goals and to develop and carry out a plan for achieving those goals.


My mission is to support underrepresented individuals through life’s transitions as we move towards purposeful living we are most deserving of! With the mindfulness and compassion-based approaches, my goal is to support you in navigating a world obsessed with productively by developing a self-care plan, including strategies of slowing down and non-striving.

Coaching Services are provided through video, phone and text. For your convenience and privacy protection, sessions may be conducted through the HIPPA-Compliant client portal. As a client, the client portal will allow access to my calendar for scheduling, secure text communications and video sessions. To maintain confidentiality, sessions are not provided through email.

  • $60 USD – 30 Minutes
  • $75 USD – 60 Minutes

Packages include the following:

  • $300 for 6 30-Minute Sessions
  • $400 for 6 60-Minute Sessions
